IT Operations
The department is divided into three teams that work together in an agile manner depending on the task at hand: "Operation & Support" ensures sustainable implementation and maintenance of IT operations both internally and in the customer environment. "Software Delivery" is responsible for delivery and quality assurance of the completed developments in internal test as well as customer environments. The "Service Delivery" team works on an interface function and ensures a consistent view and end-to-end processing of both internal and customer issues and incidents.
Development & Test
The Development & Test department implements all software development tasks within the scope of customer projects and recurring activities in operations. The decisive factors here are: the best possible quality, efficient utilization of resources, and a high degree of adherence to deadlines. The teams support the other departments with their software know-how, which is constantly updated and enhanced.
Requirements Engineering
The team works at the important interface between our customers and our internal departments. In close dialog with customers, they gather our customers' requirements for BANCOS software and coordinate these with Development & Test and IT Operations in order to develop suitable solutions. Subsequently, they follow the functional and technical implementation of solutions and ensure smooth interaction between all internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, Requirements Engineering is responsible for the coordination of incident management within G&H, aiming to provide the fastest possible resolution to problems arising in the production environment of our software.
Business Development
The department comprises "Corporate Strategy", "Project Management", "Process Management", and "Project Portfolio Management". While Corporate Strategy manages the annual strategy process and delivers the final strategy, the other three functions ensure the proper implementation of initiatives derived from the overall plan. Our project managers work in close alignment not only with each other but also with all internal functions. In addition, "Project Portfolio Management" ensures the cross-corporate resource alignment for internal projects, client projects, and "business as usual".
